Yes. I provide gay-affirming therapy and support for coming out concerns. My approach is respectful, grounded, and focused on your goals—not on labels or assumptions. You won't need to educate me or justify who you are.

Therapy can help you too. Growing up around addiction or living with someone who struggles with substances creates its own patterns—stress, hypervigilance, boundary issues, enabling. We can work on how it affects you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes — I accept Quest Behavioral Health (LA & FL), Cigna (LA & FL), Aetna (LA & FL), Ascension/Smart Health (FL only), and Carelon Behavioral Health (LA & FL). For all other carriers, I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
