Clients receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) at the start of treatment that describes in detail your rights regarding your PHI, including the right to access, amend, and request restrictions on your records. Telehealth sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms only.
Contact forms and email submitted through this website are not encrypted end-to-end. Please do not include sensitive health information in your initial inquiry.
5. Telehealth and Technology
All telehealth sessions are conducted through platforms that are HIPAA-compliant and have Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) in place. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit written consent. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your own environment during sessions.
6. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
