Session rate
$125 for a 50-minute session.

Free consultation
The initial 15 minutes consultation is complimentary. It is a brief, no-pressure conversation to see whether working together makes sense.

I work with several insurance and behavioral health platforms. Available options depend on the state you're located in during your session and your individual insurance plan.
UnitedHealthcare
UnitedHealthcare is now available through Tava Health for eligible clients in all six states where I currently practice online: Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, and Ohio.

Superbills
For out-of-network plans, superbills are provided upon request so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
