$125 for a 50-minute session.

Free consultation
The initial 15 minutes consultation is complimentary. It is a brief, no-pressure conversation to see whether working together makes sense.
Using insurance
I work with several insurance and behavioral health platforms. The options available to you depend on the state you're located in during your session, as well as your individual insurance plan and eligibility.

Select the state you'll be located in during sessions to see your options.
Coverage and network participation can vary by state, employer, carrier, individual policy, and plan type. A provider appearing on a platform does not guarantee that every plan is covered. Please verify your individual eligibility through the appropriate platform.
Superbills
For out-of-network plans, superbills are provided upon request so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
